Be A Volunteer

Similar to a KHN Town Hall, attendees will use their network badge to swipe in and record their attendance. The Summit Registration volunteer will need to make sure the badge readers record attendance for attendees within HealthStream or will need to enter the attendee K ID if swiping the badge is not working. We need 4 volunteers to work the Summit Registration table at the event. 
 
Shifts: 
7:30 – 9:30am  
9:30-11:30am 

As vendors arrive, Vendor Registration volunteers will record their attendance, direct them to their assigned table, and provide them with a vendor kit. This kit includes vendor IDs, Wi-Fi instructions, and contact information for who to contact in case they have issues. We need 2 volunteers to work the vendor registration table at the event.

As presenters arrive, Presentation Registration volunteers will confirm their attendance, provide presenter guidelines, and confirm presentation room/time. We need 2 volunteers to work the presenter registration table at the event.

9:30 – 11:30am 

Galaxy Guides will be stationed in the hallways, at the registration desk, in the computer labs and classrooms, and in the vendor area. Guides will assist with directing attendees to sessions, restrooms, registration, etc., and assist in classrooms. Galaxy guides will be honorary Learnapalooza Core Team members and assist with minimizing any confusion or filling in where people need help. We need a total of 16 volunteers. There are two shifts available for volunteers to sign up for. This is an important role and WE NEED YOU! Please ask any questions you may have at Learnapalooza@ketteringhealth.org.

2nd – 1:00 – 4:30pm 

The supply techs will be responsible for passing out event promotional items like swag bags and notebooks as attendees arrive at the event. We need 4 volunteers to pass out swag items.
