Vendor Info

This year’s intergalactic summit will host a vendor fair where both internal departments and external partners can meet with customers directly affected by the services they provide to the Kettering Health Network organization. By participating in the Learnapalooza vendor fair, vendors will have an opportunity to talk with a large group of their customers, gather feedback, provide instruction or demo, and share tips and tricks for better utilization of the products and services they provide. Vendors are encouraged to create an engaging environment by using interactive tools or resources at their vendor space.

Internal Vendors are internal departments like Marketing, HR, Clinical Informatics, Supply Chain etc. The vendor should make available what they do for the network or community outreach programs they are involved in while representing KHN.

External Vendors are vendors who currently partner with KHN like Microsoft, Epic, CDW, HP, etc. that are willing to share information on how they partner with KHN, new opportunities for the organization, and where we can learn more about them.

  • Vendors are required to be set up by 9am and remain in the vendor area until 3pm
  • All vendors must complete the vendor registration form located on the Learnapalooza website.
  • All vendors must register to attend Learnapalooza by completing the event registration form on the Learnapalooza website.  
  • The target audience is Kettering Health Network employees. This is not an opportunity to sell your product or service. Please share knowledge on the products and services currently provided to KHN.
  • The theme this year is “Intergalactic Space” – we encourage our vendors to get into character if they feel like being creative.
  • You may distribute branding items from your vendor booth area within reason. Total value of individual items should be $5.00 or less each.
  • Sponsorship is required for external vendors that wish to participate in the vendor fair or present at Learnapalooza. Contact us here for more information.
  • The vendor fair will break for lunch at 11:30am and resume at 1:30pm. A continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided for all registered vendors.
  • Vendors are welcome to attend Learnapalooza sessions but must have at least one representative at their vendor space throughout the event.
